Two synonts. A Note of Obligation held between them across a boundary their governments, currencies, and institutional architectures would otherwise mediate. Each synont invests at home, in their own jurisdiction, in instruments calibrated to the structural profile of their own economy. The Note allocates fifty percent of each synont's holdings to the counterpart by bilateral contract. The inception exchange rate is locked as contractual convention. Capital does not cross the forex market on the contribution leg. The relational substrate keeps the Note alive.
HELD RELATION · NOTE OF OBLIGATION
Held Relation is what the synonts carry with each other — trust, information exchange, shared witness. It belongs to the synonts. Note of Obligation is the formal instrument that renders what the Held Relation has made possible across a sovereign boundary. Pantheonic services the Note, not the Relation. The two are co-constitutive; neither is reducible to the other.
THE REGISTRY · SIGNAL FIELD
Not a marketplace. Not a platform. Not an algorithm. A field of signals in which potential counterparts see each other without being brokered.
Each node is a registered synont or published signal. Color indicates status. Proximity indicates resonance of published intent, constraints, and orientation. The field does not match. It lets willing counterparts recognize each other across the boundary.
